A little about me.
My journey began when I founded S&G-Consulting Group during my bachelor's degree. I successfully scaled this management consultancy over four years, providing services in search engine optimization, web design, and digital marketing with more than 10 employees.
As an entrepreneur, I thrive on innovation and problem-solving. This is evident in my co-founding of Farbfox, a digital sourcing platform for the painting industry, developed as a corporate startup by Dörken AG. My entrepreneurial spirit also led to the creation of the FNX Box at FNX, the corporate innovation unit of Fressnapf, which we scaled into 7-figure ARR within one year.
The pinnacle of my entrepreneurial journey was The 70% Project, born out of a research project at Babson College. We developed a science-backed Gen Z leadership development program that transformed employee engagement and retention.
In all ventures I‘ve raised more than 7-figures of VC & business angel financing. Currently, I serve as a Product Lead at Virtual Identity, building a SaaS business for various german clients in the digital counseling industry and freelance as a Content Creator, Startup Mentor and adjunct lecturer at the University of Konstanz.
I leverage my experience in digital strategy, agile project management, and business development to drive growth and innovation. As a Master's in Entrepreneurial Leadership alumni from Babson College - the #1 business school for entrepreneurship worldwide, my mission is to build and consult businesses that aim to solve tomorrow's problems today.

How I work

Entrepreneurship
As a young entrepreneurs I cultivate a growth mindset and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving. I work creative and innovative, always on the lookout for new opportunities, and willing to take calculated risks. I embrace my entrepreneurial spirit and to driven my passion for the business idea.

Flexibility
I set my own schedule. This allows me to balance my work with other responsibilities and interests. In addition, I can work from anywhere where I have internet access, whether it be a coffee shop, library, or my own home. This level of flexibility and independence can be very appealing to companies who are looking for help. If you need me to be there, I can do that too.

Work ethic
I have a strong work ethic, am disciplined and organized, and prioritize my tasks. I adapt to changing market conditions and pivot my strategies as needed. In order to achieve my goals, I work hard and am dedicated to my business. The same work ethic I put into my own work, I will put into yours.
