The platform aims to support small and medium-sized painting businesses in Germany, providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed in today's competitive market.

What is the problem in the painting industry?

1. Limited online presence: Many German painting companies have limited or no online presence, which makes it difficult for them to reach and connect with potential customers.
2. Inefficient processes: Many German painting companies still rely on manual and time-consuming processes, such as manual quotes and invoices, which can slow down their operations.
3. Lack of standardization: There is often a lack of standardization in the way that German painting companies carry out their operations, which can lead to inconsistencies and inefficiencies.
4. Limited use of technology: Many German painting companies have limited use of technology in their operations, such as project management tools and digital payment methods, which can limit their ability to streamline their processes and increase efficiency.

Farbfox seeks to make any painter fully digital and build a future where the german painting industry is able to have a fully digital supply chain that is integrated through XPIM, their very own PIM-system.

Farbfox's solution to the problems:

1. Efficient Order Management: Farbfox streamlines the process of ordering supplies by providing an easy-to-use platform that enables painters to quickly order the products they need without having to waste time searching for them.

4. Convenient Supply Purchasing: Farbfox makes it easy for painters to buy the supplies they need through its platform, saving them time and effort compared to traditional methods of purchasing.

I advised Farbfox for 1 1/2 years, from initial idea concept all the way to their last financing round (Series A). I mostly helped on their marketing and product development, as well as the financing round.
